a charming escape in a vibrant city
helpful staff clean room convenient store easy transport
i loved how helpful edwin was , he always greeted us with a smile. the cleanliness was perfect and the room felt very fresh. having a 7-eleven downstairs was really handy for quick snacks. the proximity to the mini bus station also made getting around a simple task.

The staff, like edwin, offered attentive service and greeted guests warmly each day. Their attentiveness. communication was simple because the staff was fluent in english, made everything go more smoothly. i found them eager to help in any way possible.

while there wasn't a full restaurant on site, the nearby convenient store offered plenty of quick bites and drinks. this made grabbing a snack or a quick breakfast easy and effortless. many local eateries are within walking distance for a taste of local flavors.

Excellent Services and Convenient Location
helpful staff really good service convenient location
I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff. Edwin and Lora provided really good customer service and addressed all requests efficiently. The location is convenient, providing easy access to the airport and Disneyland. That was really nice. I found having dining and shopping options right in the lobby very practical.
The pool access required an extra fee, unexpected.

There is a supermarket and several restaurants conveniently located on the ground floor. The playground in the basement area provides entertainment for children. A big pool is also available . That's an very nice added value.

The room included a kettle and a refrigerator, very useful amenities. The size of the room was adequate. It was a good size. The air conditioning worked effectively, offering a comfortable environment, and that's something I value.
Service

The staff demonstrated clear and quick communication skills. That was really appreciated. Edwin and Dickson were very cute and provided excellent service. I received quick assistance with all my inquiries. I am very grateful.

patient staff good price bus stops
edwin and yuki helped us with such patience, i am so happy! the hotel gave me exactly what i paid for, good enough for the price. there are bus stops located right in front of the place.
the lifts were sometimes a bit busy.

Excellent Experience and Great Service
amazing service friendly staff clean rooms
The entire hotel crew offered an amazing service. Edwin, Sam, and Oliver were particularly friendly and accommodating. I found the hotel accessible because the bus stop is right downstairs. The cleanliness was another aspect I appreciated and the rooms were clean. I would definitely stay here again.
There were not many shops nearby.
